The Mile Club & Fitness Challenge has been created to keep hockey player connected, motivated, and as a supplement to on ice training throughout the summer months.

Calculating Miles Covered Miles can be calculated by skating outdoors using a GPS device, Fit bit, Phone App, etc. OR by attending training session spending time on skates, on your bike, on the ice, etc..
For each workout, activity that is not an outdoor distance skate you will earn 1 mile for every 15 minutes.
This program is on the HONOR SYSTEM in that you can fill in your weekly miles logged or workout minutes on a Google Form which will be turned in at the end of the month to verify your progress.
1 Mile Skated=1 Mile
15 minutes Working Out =1 Mile
