This "Mini" Summer Camp is for the motivated Squirt - Bantam player to further develop mastery of fundamental hockey skating skills, increase overall power/speed, and improve strength and flexibility on and off the ice.
On Ice Power & Technique -Attention to efficient forward skating technique, mastering core hockey skating skills, and increasing explosive power and speed with be the focus of the sessions.
Off Ice Conditioning - Improving cardiovascular and muscular endurance through inline skating, body weight conditioning and flexibility training for skating specific muscles.
